Abstract

The attempt to analyze the legal nature of pre-contractual liability, to identify the differences in the precontractual liability regulation of the Russian and Chinese legislation is undertaken in the article.

В статье предпринята попытка проанализировать правовую природу преддоговорной ответственности, выявить отличия в регулировании преддоговорной ответственности в законодательстве России и Китая.
