О некоторых аспектах характеристики террористических и экстремистских организованных преступных формирований, действующих в Северо-Кавказском федеральном округе

Abstract

В настоящей статье по результатам изучения материалов уголовных дел, обвинительных заключений и приговоров рассматриваются проблемы противодействия террористическим и экстремистским формированиям, действующим на территории Северо-Кавказского федерального округа. Предлагаются пути оптимизации правоохранительной деятельности, аргументируется необходимость внесения изменений в ст. 151 УПК РФ и в Уголовный кодекс Российской Федерации.

In this paper the results of the study materials of criminal cases, indictments and convictions are considered the problem of anti-terrorist and extremist groups operating in the North Caucasus federal district. Suggests ways to optimize law enforcement activities, discusses the need for changes in st.151 Code of Criminal Procedure and the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
