Предварительное обогащение минерального сырья методом оптоэлектронной сепарации

Abstract

Широко известно, что процессы рудоподготовки на обогатительной фабрике составляют большую часть эксплуатационных затрат на переработку руды. Зачастую на дробление и измельчение сырья приходится более 70 % себестоимости обогащения руды. Цель оптимального процесса обогащения минерального сырья – уменьшение данных расходов. Один из путей решения этой проблемы – предварительная концентрация руды, которая позволит вывести из дальнейшей переработки более 80 % материала, не содержащего ценного компонента или имеющего его отвальное содержание.
