Возможности предотвращения экспертных ошибок, допущенных при проведении экспертиз в отношении живых лиц

Abstract

The article analyzes the expert mistakes made during the living individuals' examinations and the mistakes made during the determination of severity of the harm done to human's health. Statistical data of cards of the accounting of application of medical criteria and cards of internal quality control were used on an example of the Bureau of a forensic medical examination of the Moscow region for the period 2010-2013 year. The article defines a possibility of the prevention of expert mistakes.

Проведен анализ экспертных ошибок, допущенных при проведении экспертиз в отношении живых лиц, при определении степени тяжести вреда, причиненного здоровью человека, по данным статистических карт учета применения Медицинских критериев и карт внутреннего контроля качества на примере ГБУЗ МО «Бюро СМЭ» за период 2010-2013 год. Определена возможность предотвращения экспертных ошибок.
