Abstract

The authors formulate in the article definition of the criminal-remedial means providing inadmissibility to disclose data of criminal legal proceedings. The list of the given means is presented and their matter is revealed.

Авторами формулируется определение уголовно-процессуальных средств, обеспечивающих недопустимость разглашения данных уголовного судопроизводства. Приводится перечень данных средств и раскрывается их содержание.
