Статья посвящена проблемам формирования положительного имиджа суда и повышению авторитета судебной власти. Делается вывод, что ответственность судей демонстрирует особый административно-правовой характер внутрикорпоративных отношений статусного сообщества, возникающих после наделения лица полномочиями судьи
