Значение цитохимического метода определения функциональной активности эозинофилов при воспалении

Abstract

В статье приведены данные о роли эозинофилов в остром неиммунном воспалении. Исследована эозинофильная реакция при карагиненовом остром асептическом воспалении количество эозинофилов в экссудате, периферической крови, эозинопоэз и функциональная активность эозинофилов очага и крови. Основные функции эозинофилов изучены в основном в патогенезе иммунных реакций, где за счет синтеза гистаминазы они регулируют уровень гистамина в очаге и крови. Вместе с тем, активное высвобождение эозинофилами ряда цитотоксических ферментов предполагает активное участие этих клеток в острых неиммунных воспалительных процессах.
