Это комплексное лингвистическое исследование, объектом анализа в котором являются тексты документов, которые имеют юридические последствия: нормативные акты, контракты, договоры, завещания, судебные решения и постановления и тому подобное.
The article outlines the theoretical and methodological basis of linguistic expertise in cases of documented disputes. This integrated (complex) linguistic research, where the object of analysis is the text of documents that have legal consequences: regulations, contracts, agreements, wills, judgments and decisions, etc.
