Abstract

В статье речь идет о состоянии криминогенной обстановки в индустриальных городах Европейского Севера России. Выясняются тенденции в развитии некоторых видов преступлений в изучаемый период, анализируются имевшиеся на территории городов данной типологической группы факторы риска для неблагополучной оперативной обстановки; усилия административных органов и общественности по профилактике и борьбе с преступностью; выясняется социокультурный облик преступников.

The article deals with the criminal situation in the industrial cities of the European North of Russia. The tendencies in the development of some types of crimes are discussed, and an analysis is provided of risk factors for the crime situation of this typological group and the efforts of the administrative and public authorities in crime prevention and fighting. The social and cultural image of the criminals is also described.
