Abstract

• ·the purpose of research was studying interrelation between frequency of complications, characteristic sorts for aggressive conducting and occurrence of placentary insufficiency, intra-uterine hypoxia or weakness of patrimonial activity depending on tactics of obstetric aid. Results of research have shown, that presence of the given conditions is not the absolute precondition to expansion of application of aggressive methods of obstetric aid. The leaging role in growth of aggression is played with a method of the organization of medical diagnostic process. In control group the priority was given invasive to methods of conducting the sorts, combined with powerful medicamentous support. In skilled group tactics of realization family guided technologies provided more sparing approach to conducting sorts, without dependence from presence of weakness of patrimonial activity and intra-uterine hypoxiat.
