Abstract

The article carries out an analysis of accident rate and accidents at hazardous industrial facilities in Russia. Basing upon the obtained research results the author formulates the problem zones in the system of personnel’s professional training at such enterprises. The nonobservance of the security zones of hazardous industrial facilities and inaccurate actions of the personnel In danger areas are the main reasons of the accidents. According to the research results the author suggests the ways to resolve the revealed deficiencies it is the studying of situations of instructional materials at the stage of professional training.

В работе представлены результаты анализа аварийности и несчастных случаев на опасных производственных объектах в целом по России. Выявлены проблемные зоны в системе профессиональной подготовки персонала этой категории объектов. К основным причинам аварий, по мнению автора, следует отнести: несоблюдение охранных зон опасных производственных объектов и ошибочность действий персонала в опасных зонах. Сформулирован вероятный путь решения выявленных недостатков изучение положений инструкционных материалов на этапе профессионального обучения.
