Организация кадрового обеспечения информационной поддержки бизнес-процесса машиностроительного предприятия

Abstract

The article considers the problems of personnel maintenance of information support of business process engineering enterprise. The concept of assessing the level of professional competences of specialists of machine building profile in accordance with the requirements of the employer in the project activities of the enterprise.

В статье рассматриваются проблемы кадрового обеспечения информационной поддержки бизнес-процесса машиностроительного предприятия. Предлагается концепция оценки уровня профессиональных компетентностей специалистов машиностроительного профиля в соответствии с требованиями работодателя в рамках проектной деятельности предприятия.
