ДИНАМИКА РУКОВОДЯЩЕГО СОСТАВА РЕГИОНАЛЬНЫХ ОТДЕЛЕНИЙ ПОЛИТИЧЕСКИХ ПАРТИЙ В ЮГО-ЗАПАДНОЙ СИБИРИ В 1990-2000-Е ГГ

Abstract

Рассматривается процесс формирования партийных элит и их роль в политическом процессе на примере партийных организаций Алтайского края, Новосибирской и Кемеровской областей в 1990-2000-е гг. Автор выделяет два этапа в развитии партийных элит: 1990-е и 2000-е гг., границей между которыми выступает принятие закона «О партиях в РФ», изменившего статус и характеристики данных организаций. Показано влияние типа партии, ее места в политической системе, личностных характеристик, межэлитной конкуренции и исполнительной власти регионов на формирование и смену руководящего состава региональных отделений партий.
