Разработка и фитохимическое изучение растительной композиции для профилактики и лечения заболеваний мочевыделительной системы

Abstract

Проведены исследования по разработке и изучению качественного и количественного состава растительной композиции, предлагаемой для лечения заболеваний мочевыделительной системы и включающей три вида лекарственного растительного сырья, разрешенного для применения в медицинской практике. Подобраны оптимальные условия и разработана методика количественного определения флавоноидов в растительной композиции в пересчете на лютеолин-7-глюкозид.

The studies on the development, study qualitative and quantitative composition to plant composition, proposed for treatment of the system urinevydelitelinoy diseases and, including three types selected plant species, allowed for using in medical practical person. Will selected optimum conditions and is designed methods of the quantitative determination flavonoids in plant composition in recalculation on lyuteolin-7-глюкозид.
