Abstract

Analyzing data of experiment, it is possible to make the conclusion that the high-temperature fermentation of grain forages polyfermental the preparation "NIST" promotes improvement of quality of prototypes of forages for their fuller assimilation that probably is connected with effect of hydrolytic enzymes.

Анализируя данные эксперимента, можно сделать заключение, что высокотемпературная ферментация зерновых кормов полиферментных препаратом «НИСТ» способствует улучшению качества опытных образцов кормов для более полного их усвоения, что, вероятно, связано с действием гидролитических ферментов.
