Метод оценки компетенций выпускников вуза и специалистов предприятий

Abstract

The Abstract. Current paper reflects the method of assessment of the combination of engineering competences of graduates and company employees which helps to realize the concept of New Industrialization. The method is based on measurement of two components: the potential of specialists and the results of application of mentioned potential. The following tools were developed: set of professional, social and personal competences for further evaluation; competences’ evaluation method; gradation scale of the results of the assessment; options of the decisions made on the basis of the received results.

Представлен метод оценки совокупности инженерных компетенций выпускников вуза и специалистов предприятий для реализации концепции Новой Индустриализации. Метод основан на измерении двух составляющих: потенциальных возможностей специалистов и результатов их реализации. Разработана совокупность профессиональных, социальных и личностных компетенций для оценки, метод оценки компетентности, шкала градаций результатов оценки и варианты принимаемых решений на основании полученных результатов.
