In the article from positions of a modernism paradigm and Weber's statement of a problem of interrelation of Protestantism ethics and spirit of capitalism some aspects of critical revaluation by spiritual Christians of dogmatic persons, ethics, cult practice of Orthodoxy as conditions of rationalization and modernization of labor and enterprise activity of Duhobors and Molokans are considered. The special attention is paid to the fact, that rational reconsideration by spiritual Christians of Orthodoxy had much on common with reformatory movement in Catholicism and influence of Protestant audit of the western Christianity on rationalization of economic ethics of businessmen-Protestants.
