Abstract

The methods of quantitative determination of active substance in orodispersible tablets were developed, which contained Dihydroquercetin and ascorbic acid. For determination of dihydroquercetin used method HPLC. It is established that other existing and accessories not give peaks in the chromatogram that coincides migration with a peak of dihydroquercetin. This result allowed to develop sufficiently accurate and adequate method of quantitative determining. Ascorbic acid was determined in tablets idatastream method, recommended by the State Pharmacopoeia of the Russian Federation 12 edition. In the definitions established that related components not interfere with the determination of ascorbic acid by the specified method. Method-specific, has sufficient accuracy and can be used for objective control of the content of ascorbic acid in developed tablets.
