Процессуальная деятельность следователя по уведомлению участников уголовного судопроизводства об окончании предварительного следствия с обвинительным заключением

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются порядок и форма уведомления участников уголовного судопроизводства об окончании предварительного следствия с обвинительным заключением. На основе анализа положений уголовно-процессуального закона высказаны предложения по совершенствованию норм, регулирующих исследуемые отношения.

The article discusses the procedure and the notification form participants to criminal proceedings that the preliminary investigation to the indictment. On the basis of analysis of the provisions of criminal procedure law suggestions for improving the rules governing the relationship studied.
