Теоретические и технологические аспекты создания экономно-легированных защитных слоев из диффузионно-легированных сплавов

Abstract

The paper presents a developed methodological approach to obtaining economically doped protective layers and coatings made of diffusion and doped alloys. Metallic powders, wire, discrete chip waste serve as a raw material basis for obtaining the alloys. The developed theoretical and technological aspects of economically doped alloy synthesis have made it possible to work out a range of special protective layers and coatings for various operational conditions.

Представлен разработанный методологический подход к получению экономно-легированных защитных слоев и покрытий из диффузионно-легированных сплавов. Сырьевой основой для получения сплавов служат недорогие металлические порошки, проволока, дискретные стружечные отходы. Разработанные теоретические и технологические аспекты синтеза экономно-легированных сплавов позволили разработать гамму специальных защитных слоев и покрытий для различных условий эксплуатации.
