К вопросу о типологии региональных политических режимов (на примере Воронежской и Липецкой областей)

Abstract

В статье затрагивается вопрос типологизации региональных политических режимов. Согласно модели анализа конституционального устройства «Шугарта Кэри», адаптированной к региональному контексту, обозначаются возможные варианты существующих региональных политических режимов. На примере двух областей Воронежской и Липецкой отслеживается изменение регионального политического режима.

The paper addresses the issue of regional typology of political regimes. According to the model of constitutional analysis device «Shugart Cary», adapted to the regional context, the options identified existing regional political regimes. The example of two areas the Voronezh and Lipetsk tracks changes in the regional political regime.
