Методика комплексной оценки управленческого персонала в организациях потребительской кооперации

Abstract

The complex approach to an estimation of the administrative personnel, based on calculation of an integrated indicator which aggregates 20 indicators in dimensionless integrated criterion – factor of competitiveness of the administrative personnel is generated, and also with use of a method the assesment-center which allows to estimate individual potential of the worker, possibility to define strong and weaknesses of the personnel and also to select the workers competent of professional area. Formalization of corresponding toolkit of management offered to use, on the basis of personnel audit the engaging is carried out: ordering of problems of audit on objects of an estimation of the personnel, the basic approaches to introduction of audit of the personnel in the organizations of consumers’ cooperative society and an estimation of the received results.

Сформирован комплексный подход к оценке управленческого персонала, основанный на расчете интегрального показателя, который агрегирует 20 показателей в безразмерный интегральный критерий – коэффициент конкурентоспособности управленческого персонала, а также с использованием метода ассесмент-центр, который позволяет оценить индивидуальный потенциал работника, возможность определить сильные и слабые стороны персонала, а также отобрать работников, компетентных в профессиональной области. Осуществлена формализация предлагаемого к использованию соответствующего инструментария менеджмента, на основе аудита персонала включающая систематизацию задач аудита по объектам оценки персонала, основные подходы к внедрению аудита персонала в организациях потребительской кооперации и оценке полученных результатов.
