Abstract

The paper deals with the research into the kinematic accuracy of planetary roller gearings and performs the analysis of manufacturing errors of their main intermeshed components. As a result of the experimental research into the kinematic accuracy of planetary roller ready-assempled gearings, a wide spectrum of harmonic constituents of the kinematic error was obtained, which allowed establishing its technological sources and the nature of influence of elementary errors of gearing components on harmonic constituents with the highest amplitudes. In the research, methods of harmonic analysis of experimental data based on the decomposition of kinematic error function into the Fourier series and of automatic monitoring of ready-assembled gearings were used.

В статье приведены исследования кинематической точности планетарных роликовых передач и проведен анализ погрешностей изготовления их основных деталей, входящих в зацепление. На основе экспериментальных исследований кинематической точности планетарных роликовых передач в сборе получен широкий спектр гармонических составляющих кинематической погрешности, позволивший установить ее технологические источники и характер влияния элементарных погрешностей деталей передачи на гармонические составляющие с наибольшими амплитудами. При проведении исследований использовались методы гармонического анализа экспериментальных данных на основе разложения функции кинематической погрешности в ряд Фурье и автоматического контроля передач в сборе.
