Abstract

Mathematical model of the electric abducent roller mill in 2000 plate rolling shop № 10 JSC "MMK" is developed. With the help of the model on the mill in 2000 plate rolling shop № 10 JSC "MMK" studied the speeds of electric rollers abducent roller are studied. Technological requirements for the electric drive abducent roller from a position of reducing the intensity of wear of rollers is developed. The functional scheme and algorithms for control of electric rollers abducent roller are presented.
