Abstract

The article reveals the system of training of the volunteers within preparation period for the Winter Olympics in Sochi in 2014. It presents the costs of the organizers of the Olympic events that are related to the volunteers. There is available as economic criterion for the labor of the Olympic volunteers the commercial benefit of the organizers of the competition. On the basis of the comparative analysis of the cost of the volunteers and employees work during the Winter Olympic Games in Sochi the actual savings fund of the organizers of the competition has been calculated.

В статье раскрывается система подготовки волонтеров в период подготовки зимних Олимпийских игр в г. Сочи в 2014 году. Представлены затраты организаторов олимпийских соревнований, связанные с деятельностью волонтеров. Предлагается в качестве экономического критерия труда олимпийских волонтеров использовать коммерческую выгоду организаторов соревнований. На основании сравнительного анализа стоимости труда волонтеров и наемных работников в период проведения зимних Олимпийских игр в Сочи показана реальная экономия денежных средств организаторов соревнований.
