Abstract

This article analyzes the existing processes of loading and unloading (PRR) to detect flaws in the port adversely affect the capacity of the berths, terminals and ports in general. The offers on the system of cargo handling at the port based on the inclusion of a single electronic database of all participants in implementing the right technology PRR enter the start and end actions for its obligations in cyclic processes and their elements.
