Особенности мотивационного компонента профессионализма в профессиях типа «человек человек» и «человек техника»

Abstract

Анализируется понятие профессионализма в контексте субъектно-деятельностного подхода. Предлагается модель компонентного состава профессионализма, включающая в себя мотивационную, операциональную и регуляционную составляющие. Проводится сравнительный анализ особенностей содержания мотивационного компонента у представителей профессий типа «человек человек» и «человек техника». The notion of professionalism is analysed in the paper in the context of the subjectactivity approach. The model of the component structure of professionalism, including motivational, operational and regulation constituents, is proposed. The author carries out a comparative analysis of features of the motivational component's content among representatives of professions of the types «man-man» and «man-technology».
