Диссипативные структуры и теоретические основы управления инновационной сферой региона

Abstract

Разработанный и представленный подход, основанный на теории диссипативных структур и инновационной парадигме, предполагает дальнейшее развитие теоретических основ управления инновационной сферой региона. Он свидетельствует о необходимости изменения закона «Об инновациях» в Пермском крае и формировании политики с использованием модели инновационной сферы региона при исследовании проблем, связанных с инновационной деятельностью Пермского края.
