Abstract

Based on literary data and our own observations in the scientific review there has been fundamentally considered the problem of paraneoplastic lesions of the nervous system, when primary cancer of inner organs has not been temporally established or newly diagnosed. Based on the identified common tumor and nervous system antibodies the immune diagnostic tests are grounded. The clinical picture of paraneoplastic limbic encephalitis, cerebellum degenerations, opsoclonus epilepsy, polyneuropathy, stiff-man syndrome and pandysautonomia is dwelt. The pathogenetic and additive therapies of the described nosological units are grounded in the context of review. This review is a certain answer to the letters of many readers with a request to publish works on somatoneurology.
