Проблема синдрома профессионального выгорания в практике подготовки медицинских работников среднего звена

Abstract

В статье обоснована необходимость включения в учебные курсы профессиональной подготовки теории и практики формирования у медицинских сестер готовности к преодолению синдрома профессионального выгорания (СПВ). Установлено, что развитие СПВ не зависит от профиля работы, возраста и стажа, и что ведущая роль в преодолении слоясных стрессовых ситуаций, вызванных спецификой деятельности в сфере «человек человек», принадлежит таким личностным особенностям, как интернальность, развитые копинг-стратегии, механизмы психологической защиты высшего уровня.
