Повышение качества сварных соединений из разнородных трубопроводных сталей вибрационной обработкой конструкций во время сварки

Abstract

Показана принципиальная возможность повышения физико-механических свойств сварных соединений из трубопроводных сталей разного класса прочности (сталей 20 класса прочности К42 и 16ГС К52) путем вибрации сварного соединения в процессе сварки. Подтверждено, что наибольший положительный эффект достигается при частоте вибрации приближающейся к собственной частоте колебаний свариваемой конструкции.
