Abstract

The article presents a brief analysis of the theoretical base of formation the political and party bodies of russian communist party (bolshevicks) in the red army during the civil war in russia (1918-1920).

В статье дается краткий анализ теоретических оснований строительства политических органов и партийных организаций РКП(б) в Красной армии, созданных в годы российской Гражданской войны (1918-1920).
