The role of the energy sector in the economic security of the state is considered. The functioning of this particular sphere provides now replenish the state budget, giving a quarter of GDP, provides satisfaction of domestic needs of the production and nonproduction spheres determines the strategic position of the country in the international arena. The author's mechanism to ensure the economic security of the state through the prism of energy sector development is offered. This mechanism includes the following elements: purpose; definition of the structural elements of the energy sector, affecting the economic security; monitoring of structural elements of energy sphere; the definition of conditions for the development; design and implementation of programs, methods, development of traditional and alternative energy; creating conditions for effective interaction between government, private business and science. The functions of the state, private business and science in the implementation of a mechanism to ensure economic security are described. This mechanism differs from the previously proposed focus consideration through the development and functioning of the energy sector.

Подчеркнута роль энергосферы в обеспечении экономической безопасности государства. Функционирование именно этой сферы обеспечивает в настоящее время пополнение государственного бюджета, дает четверть ВВП, обеспечивает удовлетворение внутренних потребностей производственной и непроизводственной сферы, определяет стратегическое положение страны на международной арене. Предложен авторский механизм обеспечения экономической безопасности государства через призму развития энергосферы. Данный механизм включает в себя следующие элементы: определение цели; определение структурных элементов энергосферы, влияющих на экономическую безопасность; мониторинг структурных элементов энергосферы; определение внутренних и внешних условий развития; разработка и внедрение программы, методов развития традиционной и альтернативной энергетики; формирование условий эффективного взаимодействия государства, частного бизнеса и науки. Выделены функции государства, частного бизнеса и науки в реализации механизма обеспечения экономической безопасности. Данный механизм отличается от ранее предложенных фокусом рассмотрения - через развитие и функционирование энергосферы.
