Кинетика десорбции примесей при нагреве детонационного наноалмаза

Abstract

Анализируется молекулярный состав летучих соединений детонационного наноалмаза. Показано, что основными летучими примесями являются вода, водород, азот, метан, углекислый газ, диоксид серы. В ходе отжига концентрация летучих соединений существенно снижается. Уменьшение массы образца может достигать 20% и сопровождается эндои экзотермическими эффектами.
