Abstract

В статье, основанной на анализе ситуации в Южном федеральном округе, рассматриваются практика и проблемы координации деятельности регионов и органов местного самоуправления с федеральным центром по созданию системы административно-правовых, финансово-экономических и социально-психологических условий становления и развития местного самоуправления, предлагаются пути повышения эффективности деятельности по правовому, финансовому, организационному, кадровому, информационному, методическому обеспечению совершенствования местного самоуправления
