Abstract

Цель: Анализ медико-демографических потерь населения Красноярского края в результате смертности от травм и отравлений в 2004-2010 гг. Методология проведения работы: Методика DALY (годы жизни, скорректированные с учетом нарушения здоровья), разработанная Всемирной организацией здравоохранения. Результаты С помощью методики DALY произведен анализ, выявлены тенденции, определены приоритетные направления и целевые группы по решению проблем, связанных со смертностью населения в результате травм и отравлений. Рекомендовано в дополнение к используемым критериям внести показатели комплексной оценки в стандарты для оценки величины медикодемографических потерь и результатов целевых программ, направленных на их снижение. Область применения результатов: оценка здоровья населения.

Purpose: The analysis of medical-demographic losses of the population of Krasnoyarsk region as a result of mortality from injury and poisoning in 2004-2010. The methodology of work: The DALY method (years of life, adjusted to account for violation of health), developed by the World Health Organization.Results Using DALY method the analysis was performed, the trends were identified, priority areas and target groups to address the problems associated with mortality due to injury and poisoning were identified. It was recommended to add the indicators of integrated assessment to the standards for the assessment of values of medico-demographic losses and of the results of target programs aimed at their reduction. Practical implications: the assessment of population health.
