Оценка управленческих ситуаций в условиях неопределенности информации

Abstract

Наведено результати порівняльного аналізу методів оцінки управлінських ситуацій в умовах невизначеності інформації. Пропонуються підхід і метод оцінки, що базується на використанні м'якої інформаційної технології, яка дозволяє комплексно враховувати вірогідність джерела повідомлень, змісту та способів отримання інформації.Приведены результаты сравнительного анализа методов оценки управленческих ситуаций в условиях неопределенности информации. Предложены подход и метод оценки, базирующийся на использовании мягкой информационной технологии, позволяющей комплексно учитывать достоверность источника сообщений, содержания сообщений и способов получения информации.

The results of a comparative analysis of methods used for assessing the managerial situation under uncertainty of the information are presented. The approach to and method of assessment are offered. They are based on the use of a soft information technology and allow to take into account reliability of the source of reports, contents of information and ways of its receipt.
