Клинико-метаболические факторы риска развития острого послеабортного эндометрита

Abstract

Целью исследования явилось выявление факторов риска развития острого эндометрита после медицинского аборта на основании изучения клинических параметров и показателей активности внутриклеточных ферментов лимфоцитов крови у женщин в первом триместре беременности. Были обследованы женщины, у которых после аборта развился острый эндометрит, и пациентки с физиологическим течением послеабортного периода. При анализе значений ферментативной активности установлено, что их изменения могут свидетельствовать о высоком риске развития острого эндометрита

The purpose of the investigation was to reveal risk factors of acute endometritis after medical abortion on the basis of clinical parameters and activity indices of intracellular enzymes of blood lymphocytes in the first trimester of pregnancy. Women with acute endometritis and with physiological course of postabortion period were examined. It was revealed, that changes of enzymatic activity may indicate risk of acute endometritis
