Злокачественные новообразования в Томской области в 2004-2009 гг. Оценка качества диагностики.

Abstract

Quality of cancer diagnosis in Tomsk region during the period 2004-2009 has been studied. The data obtained indicate a high percentage of cancer detections at late stages. Early cancer detection rates are 5,9 times higher and late cancer detection rates are 3,3 times lower in Tomsk city than in Tomsk regions. The level of morphological verification of cancer diagnosis in Tomsk city is higher by 8,4 % as compared to Tomsk regions.

Проведено исследование качества диагностики онкологических больных в Томской области в 2004-2009 гг. Анализ показателей указывает на высокий уровень несвоевременного выявления злокачественных новообразований. Частота установления диагноза злокачественного новообразования на ранних стадиях в г. Томске выше, чем в районах области, на 5,9 %, в запущенной форме ниже на 3,3 %. Удельный вес морфологической верификации больше на 8,4 %.
