МЕТОДОЛОГИЯ ЭКОНОМИКО-ПРАВОВОГО АНАЛИЗА ФИКТИВНОГО ПРЕДПРИНИМАТЕЛЬСТВА

Abstract

В статье предложена методология экономико-правового анализа фиктивного предпринимательства на основе четырех подходов: ретроспективного анализа; анализа предельных экономических показателей; анализа валовых показателей; моделирования. В рамках каждого подхода описана методика анализа и по результатам экономико-правового анализа фиктивного предпринимательства сформулированы меры по противодействию фиктивному предпринимательству, затрудняющие получение нелегальной экономической выгоды.

The article suggests the methodology economic-legal analysis of the fictitious business on the basis of four approaches: retrospective, analysis of the marginal economic indicators, analysis of gross economic indicators and modeling. Each approach describes method of the analysis and the results of economic-legal analysis of a fictitious business formulated measures to combat sham entrepreneurship difficult to obtain illegal economic benefits
