Abstract

The problem of childhood schizophrenia diagnosis is discussed. The relevance of the study of childhood schizophrenia at the present stage of development of child psychiatry is substantiates. The most common views on the problem of childhood schizophrenia domestic and foreign psychiatrists working with children and teenagers are providing. The importance of studying the characteristics dysontogenesis during childhood and juvenility schizophrenia are emphasizing. There are connection between types dysontogenesis with symptoms of impaired development and procedural schizophrenic symptoms, types of cognitive deficits. The prospects of evolutionary-biological approach to the study of childhood schizophrenia are substantiates.

Обсуждается проблема диагностики детской шизофрении. Обосновывается актуальность изучения детской шизофрении на современном этапе развития детской психиатрии. Приводятся наиболее распространенные взгляды на проблему детской шизофрении отечественных и зарубежных психиатров, работающих с детьми и подростками. Подчеркивается важность изучения особенностей дизонтогенеза при шизофрении детского и подросткового возраста. Взаимосвязь типов дизонтогенеза с симптомами нарушенного развития и собственно процессуальными шизофреническими симптомами, типами когнитивного дефицита. Обосновывается перспективность эволюционно-биологического подхода в изучении детской шизофрении.
