Слабые коммуникации как одна из основных проблем современного предпринимательства в Пермском крае

Abstract

The article is concerned with the problems the entrepreneurship face in the foreign countries, in Russia, and in the Perm Krai. Special attention is paid to the weak communications in the business development in the Perm region. It is emphasized the essential role of the information channels in the small business development. The authors present a marketing research dealing with the issues of the entrepreneurship in the Perm region. By case study of the activities of the Centers for Business Support the authors consider suggestions on the communications development and elimination of the myth about the weak support from the government provided for the small business.

В статье рассмотрены проблемы предпринимательства за рубежом, в России и Пермском крае. Особое внимание уделяется слабым коммуникациям в развитии предпринимательской среды Пермского края. Обозначена важная роль информационных каналов в развитии малого бизнеса. Представлены результаты маркетингового исследования по проблемам предпринимательства в Пермском крае. На примере центров поддержки предпринимательства рассмотрены предложения для развития коммуникаций и устранения мифа о слабой поддержке государством малого бизнеса.
