The aim of the study was determination of age rheoencephalogram indicators features in healthy 15-17 adolescents living in the European North of Russia. There were observed 178 inhabitants of the Arkhangelsk region aged 15-17 years by means of the device "Encephalan 131-03" (Russia, Taganrog). The resulted limits of rheoencephalogram indicators fluctuations in quartile 25-75 % in the adolescents aged 1517 years can be recommended for a rough estimation of the brain vessels condition tone in the healthy persons taking into account the district of living. It has been established that in comparison with the boys, the girls had higher volume pulse blood filling of the large and middle arteries in the frontal brain parts, as well as pulse blood filling of the large, middle arteries, the parameters of the precapillary arteries tone and the venous outflow in the brain occipital parts. There has been observed a significant interhemispheric left-side asymmetry of pulse blood filling mainly in the brain frontal parts in the boys and in the girls regardless of the brain blood circulation.

Для определения особенностей возрастных изменений показателей реоэнцефалограммы у проживающих на Европейском Севере России здоровых подростков на завершающем этапе пубертата с помощью прибора «Энцефалан 131-03» обследованы 178 жителей Архангельской области в возрасте 15-17 лет. Приведенные пределы колебаний показателей реоэнцефалограммы в межквартильном размахе 25-75 процентилей у подростков могут быть рекомендованы для ориентировочной оценки состояния тонуса мозговых сосудов у здоровых лиц с учетом региона проживания. Установлено, что у девочек в сравнении с мальчиками более высокие значения объемного пульсового кровенаполнения крупных и средних артерий во фронтальных отделах, а также кровенаполнения крупных, средних артерий, показателей тонуса артерий прекапиллярного русла и венозного оттока в затылочных отделах головного мозга. Выявлена значимая межполушарная левосторонняя асимметрия кровенаполнения сосудов головного мозга преимущественно во фронтальных отделах у мальчиков и независимо от бассейна кровоснабжения головного мозга у девочек
