К вопросу об использовании земель водоохранных зон

Abstract

В статье приведены понятие водоохраной зоны, прибрежной защитной полосы и основные требования к размещению объектов недвижимости в их пределах. Водоохранная зона рассмотрена как один из видов зон с особыми условиями использования территорий, которая, в том числе, подпадает под действие земельного законодательства.The concepts of coastal water protection zone, coastal shelter belt as well as main requirements to real estate units distribution within these zones are presented. Water protection zone is considered as one of the special land-use zones, which falls within the purview of land law.
