Abstract

Nowadays the spectophotometery method is widely applied. Sometimes There are difficulties at quantitative definition of biologically active substances in plant raw materials. In this connection it is necessary to develop the general tactics at technique working out of spectophotometerical analysis. Technique working out should start with studying of survey spectrum. Spectrums were taken out in a range of waves lengths. At carrying out of serial analysis the calculations with use of absorption specific indicator is expedient.
