Abstract

Представлена методология ценностномотивационного управления качеством образования в вузе, обоснованы принципы, формы и методы совершенствования действующих внутривузовских систем управления качеством образования. Предлагается управленческий механизм, который обеспечит актуализацию преподавательского и студенческого потенциала как ресурса непрерывного повышения качества образования.There is given the methodology of value and motivational management of education quality in higher school, substantiated the principles, forms and methods of improvement of higher school systems of education quality management. There is suggested the management mechanism, which ensures actualization of teachers and students potential as the resource of continuous education quality improvement.
