РАСЧЕТНО-ЭКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНАЯ ОЦЕНКА ПРОЧНОСТНЫХ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИК СТАЛИ 50ХФА В УСЛОВИЯХ ДВУХОСНОГО РАСТЯЖЕНИЯ С ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ ПРИЗМАТИЧЕСКИХ ОБРАЗЦОВ

Abstract

The paper describes the results of strength tests to the failure of laboratory prismatic samples made of 50ХФА steel, which feature biaxial stress in the center of destruction. Mechanical tests of the samples under investigation have been performed by a single power drive to simplify the process. The method of calculations and experiments characterized by the Smirnov-Alyaev parameter allowed to identify changes in material strength characteristics depending on the complex stress-strain state.

Описываются результаты прочностных испытаний до разрушения лабораторных образцов призматического типа из стали 50ХФА, в которых в очаге разрушения реализовано двухосное растяжение. Механические испытания указанных образцов проводились с одним силовым приводом для упрощения процесса. Изменение прочностных характеристик материала от вида НДС установлено расчётно-экспериментальным путём, характеризуемым параметром Смирнова-Аляева.
