
Предложен люминесцентный сенсор на основе молекул сывороточного альбумина человека для определения ионов тяжелых металлов в различных биологических объектах. Исследованы фотофизические свойства люминесцентного сенсора с помощью разработанного портативного импульсного фосфориметра.
The article deals with the proposed luminescent sensor molecules based on human serum albumin to determine heavy metal ions in various biological systems. Photophysical properties of the luminescent sensor are investigated by means of the developed portable pulse phosphorimeter.
