КЛИНИЧЕСКИЙ СЛУЧАЙ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ СКЛЕРОАТРОФИЧЕСКОГО ЛИХЕНА С ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ ФОТОДИНАМИЧЕСКОГО ЛАЗЕРА

Abstract

Полиэтиологичность и патогенетические особенности склероатрофического лихена обусловливают диагностические и лечебные сложности. Одним из возможных методов терапии склероатрофического лихена выступает фотодинамическое лазерное лечение. Этот высокотехнологичный метод применяется в России уже более двадцати лет. В настоящей работе представлен один из клинических примеров лечения склероатрофического лихена в условиях амбулаторной клиники с анализом данных динамического наблюдения за пациенткой.

Polyetiology and pathogenetic peculiarities of scleroatrophic lichen cause diagnostic and therapeutic complications. One the possible methods for the therapy of scleroatrophic lichen is photodynamic laser therapy. This high-technology method has been used in Russia for more than 20 years. One of clinical cases of scleroatrophic lichen therapy in conditions of ambulatory clinic with analysis of dynamic follow-up data is presented in the paper.
