The article presents the methodology aimed at improving the technical and tactical training of judokas at junior age. The bases of techniques are individually-typological training tasks, taking into account the morphological and technical features of the wrestlers of different weight groups. Analysis of changes in indicators of the technical and tactical training of the athletes before and after the teaching experiment demonstrates the effectiveness of the developed method.
